MEET THE COACHES
Coach Marshall
Marshall Gaw is the owner of House of Lacrosse. He is currently the offensive coordinator for Westfield High School Varsity Lacrosse Team. Marshall was formally the JV assistant coach and the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Cathedral High School lacrosse Team.

Marshall has a long history of playing lacrosse as well as coaching. He is a Westfield High School graduate, played on the lacrosse team throughout his High School career. He assisted St. Simon Apostle School 14U Boys lacrosse team bring home their first ever state championship for Indiana. While coaching the JV Boys Team at Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Marshall coached an undefeated in state season '24.

Marshall also has experience teaching both girls & boys from 8U-College students. Marshall Volunteers at St. Simon Apostle Catholic School coaching the girls 10U & 12U team alongside his Fiancé, Rebecca Rail. It is a family commitment and passion.

Coach Marshall served on the Reconnaissance and Sniper teams for the US Army. He also has a background in Law Enforcement.

With Coach Marshalls background - he brings discipline, dedication, persistence and community outreach. Coach Marshall is dedicated to the evolution of lacrosse and brings players to their full potential.
Coach Ethan
Coach Ethan Sweat is the current Boys Varsity offensive coordinator for Guerin Catholic High School. Ethan has a duel expiernce with coaching a range of ages.
Ethan played lacrosse at Westfield High School where he was a 4-year varsity player and an all-state midfielder. He played DIII & Club lacrosse in college at Trine University and Ball State University.
After college, Ethan was the JV head coach at Westfield High School for 4 years. He coached Guerin Catholic High School for 4 years, and has coached for True Lacrosse.
Coach Sweat has a strong passion for the game of lacrosse. He believes in hard work and dedication. He strives to help players become adaptable and well rounded, both on and off the lacrosse field.
Coach Rebecca
Rebecca Coaches Youth Female Lacrosse for Saint Simon Apostle School for 10U & 12U. When Rebecca is not coaching she manages Marketing, Media & organizes youth clinics and events for House of Lacrosse.
Rebecca is a former Sheriff Deputy for Marion County Sheriffs Office. She resigned from her position with MCSO after the birth of her and Marshalls youngest daughter. She has dedicated her time to her family, House of Lacrosse and the lacrosse community.
With her background she brings dedication and order to House of Lacrosse. She is passionate about youth female lacrosse and encourages her players to step out of their comfort zone to attain their goals.
Coach Ellie
Coach Ellie is currently a junior at Carmel High School and plays varsity for Carmel Lacrosse Team.
Ellie has 9 years of experience. Her passion for lacrosse goes beyond playing the game—“I love teaching others how to play and experience the joy that this amazing sport brings.” She is an outgoing person who enjoys meeting and talking to new people, and believes that lacrosse is a great way to connect with others and build a community.
Through coaching, Ellie hopes to leave a positive impact on everyone she teaches, sharing not only the skills of the game but also fun and camaraderie.
